What am I paying for?
The Standard Setup is normally $1200, but it's currently 50% off — just $600 one-time. That gets your AI built, connected and live. After that it's a flat $189 per month for the Appointment Setting service — the 24/7 AI that answers and books for you. No per-call fees and no lock-in contract.
What's included in the Standard Setup?
We configure the AI to your business and brand voice, connect your calendar and phone number, set up your appointment types and qualifying questions, test it end-to-end, take it live (usually within five business days) and train your team.
What does the AI actually do each month?
It answers every call 24/7, books the appointment straight into your calendar, and sends SMS and email confirmations and reminders. It also handles reschedules and cancellations, and hands off to a human when needed.
What happens if I go over 400 minutes?
Your plan includes 400 minutes of AI call time each month. If you go over, extra minutes are simply billed at 28 cents per minute — so you only pay for the additional conversations the AI handles. Most businesses stay comfortably within the included 400 minutes.
How quickly can it go live?
Most setups are live within five business days of receiving your details and access.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a global PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel anytime and you won't be billed for the following month.
What do I need to provide?
A calendar we can connect to (such as Google or Outlook), a phone number or the ability to forward one, and the basics about your services and availability. We guide you through it during setup.
Do you offer higher volume or custom builds?
