4. Forms, booking & third-party processors
Our enquiry forms are processed by FormSubmit, which forwards submissions to our email. Our booking page embeds the cal.com scheduling service to let you choose a time. When you use these features, the relevant provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. We use reputable providers and share only what is needed to deliver the service.
5. Data you provide for AI projects
If you engage us, we may process data you supply to build or fine-tune models. We treat that data as confidential, use it only for your engagement, and — wherever possible — work with Australian data residency. For regulated industries we can deploy models on-premises within your own environment so your data never leaves it. The specific handling terms are set out in your statement of work.
6. Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to our staff and contractors who need it to deliver services, to service providers (such as those named above), to our sister brands where you have asked about their services, and where required or authorised by law. We do not disclose your information to overseas recipients except through the service providers noted in this policy.
