The information provided here is from my is from my own personal
experiences or through very close friends. Some of which is common
sense, but its funny how people don't do things they know they should and
sometimes start just because some one reminds them. Before putting
anything into action it you should consult your doctor as not all advice is
suitable for all people.
First thing to do is grab a notepad or book, I'll wait here
while you grab one... got it yet? I don't see it... go on get it... how do you
expect any thing to work for you if you don't follow simple instructions....
Ok good you've got your book and are ready to start, now work out out what you
would like to accomplish, then write it down, make a list while your at it,
once you've done that, number your list in order of most important to you.
Now rewrite the list in order on a new page. Turn to the next page and
write down your number 1 in the list on the top of the pages as your heading.
Under your fist heading make a list of every thing required to fore fill your
fist accomplishment. here's a list of accomplishments that are commonly

Diet...
Exercise...
Look simple? well it is. You most likely
already know what foods to eat and what not to eat and what exercises suit
you. Write a schedule down in a diary for both exercise and diet,
now the hard part stick to it. Not motivated want some ideas ? Eat
healthy foods such as Fresh Fruit and Vegetables and exclude chips, fast food,
soft drink. Exercise absolute minimum 2 times a week where you get your
heart beat over 100bpm, Ideally 4-5 times a week for about 45 min. Pick
something you like, might be as simple as power walking or a sport you like to
play (and No, watching a soapy in your couch is not a sport) Joining a gym or
a personal trainer is a great idea if the budget allows.

From my experience this the best diet plan that works
BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP
6 large onions
2 x large cans of tomatoes (whole or chopped)
1 large cabbage finely chopped
1 or 2 cans water (to taste)
2 green peppers
1 bunch of celery
2 litre cartons of beef or chicken stock
Cut vegetables into
small to medium pieces add tomato and cover with water & stock. Boil for 10
minutes reduce to a simmer and continue cooking until the vegetables are
tender. Season as desired, with salt, pepper, chilli, curry powder, parsley or
further stock cubes etc.
You can eat the soup any
time you’re hungry. The more you eat the soup the more you will lose.
FAT BURNING DIET
DAY 1
SOUP AND FRUIT (EXCEPT
BANANAS). Cantaloups and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruit. Eat
only soup and fruit. Drink unsweetened tea, unsweetened orange juice or water.
DAY 2
SOUP AND VEGETABLES. Eat
all the fresh, raw, canned or frozen vegetables you want. Try to eat green
leafy vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat along with
the soup. At dinner time, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter.
DO NOT EAT ANY FRUIT.
DAY 3
SOUP, FRUIT AND
VEGETABLES. Eat all the soup, fruit and vegetables you want.
DAY 4
SOUP, BANANAS AND SKIM
MILK. Eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you
can along with the soup. The bananas and cold skim milk may be blended into a
pleasant drink if desired. Bananas and skim milk are high in calories and
carbohydrates but on this particular day your body will need the potassium,
carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.
DAY 5
SOUP, BEEF AND TOMATOES.
You may have 250-500 grams of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh
tomatoes. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water on this day to wash away
the Uric Acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once.
DAY 6
SOUP, BEEF AND
VEGETABLES. Eat as much beef and vegetables as you wish but no baked potato.
You can substitute broiled chicken (no skin) or broiled fish on one of the beef
day only. Be sure to continue eating the soup (at least once)
DAY 7
SOUP, RICE, UNSWEETENED
FRUIT JUICE AND VEGETABLES. Stuff yourself again today but don’t forget the
soup.
After Day 3, if you
have followed this diet and not cheated, you will have lost between 2-3 kgs. and
you will have noticeably more energy than when you started. By the end of Day
7, you should have lost between 4½-7½ kgs. If you have lost more than 7 kgs.
stay off the diet for two days before resuming at day 1.
This 7 day eating plan
can be used as often as you like but if used for extended periods of time you
would suffer mal nutrition. However, if followed correctly, it will clean your
system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being like never before.
After 7 days you will begin to feel lighter with an abundance of energy.
Continue this plan as
long as you wish to feel the difference. This is a fast fat burning diet and
the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in.
Although you can have
black coffee with this diet, you may find you don’t need caffeine after Day 3.
WARNING: This diet does
not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because the
removal of the fat build up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours
before any intake of alcohol. After being on the diet for 7 days you will find
your bowel movements may have changed. Eat a cup of bran if needed.

be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you wish.
Remember, the more
